Sausage! It's simple, and we know sausage! There are no gimmicks in our brand. We grind whole cuts of fresh pork with a perfect blend of salt and herbs. Next, we mix in unique blends of toasted spices and regional flair. Each recipe is meant to remind the enjoyer that the world is full of flavor.
We take pride in providing sausage that is preservative-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, USDA certified, using West MI-based meats, and processed in Caledonia, MI. Our newest creation is The Sultan, Lamb Merguez inspired sausage. A tantalizing blend of roasted bell peppers, paprika, cumin, and mint. A must try! Meet Tim Harms, the passionate owner who embarked on his culinary journey in January 2018, crafting delicious recipes right from his kitchen. With a love for travel and food, Tim introduced Salt & Fire at the Muskegon Farmers Market April 2018. The question is, what will he create next?
