THIS IS HOW WE DO IT


Salt & Fire. This is simple. This is sausage. There are no gimmicks in our brand. We grind whole cuts of fresh pork and beef with a perfect blend of salt and herbs. Next, we mix in unique blends of toasted spices and regional flair. Each recipe is meant to remind the enjoyer that the world is full of flavor.
Over the coming months, we hope to continue to add to our meat portfolio. Lamb is next! The Sultan, Lamb Merguez inspired sausage. A tantalizing blend of roasted bell peppers, paprika, cumin and mint.
